By using our services, you agree to:

• Review all travel documents carefully

• Comply with passport, visa, health, and entry requirements.

• Arrive on time for all travel arrangements

• Verify names, dates, and travel details prior to booking.

• Review confirmations and travel documents upon receipt.

The Travel Era is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change until confirmed and booked. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmation is received from the supplier.

4. Payments

Payment terms are determined by the travel supplier. By authorizing payment, you agree to the supplier's terms and conditions. Prices and availability are subject to change until payment is processed and confirmed by the supplier.

The Travel Era acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers and is not responsible for price changes, supplier errors, or services provided by third-party suppliers.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier. Fees may apply and are the responsibility of the client. The Travel Era is not responsible for penalties imposed by suppliers.

6. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unforeseen events including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

Clients who decline travel insurance assume responsibility for losses that may not otherwise be covered. The Travel Era is not responsible for losses incurred due to a client's decision to decline travel protection coverage.

7. Supplier Responsibility

​The Travel Era acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. Travel arrangements are provided by independent third-party suppliers, and their terms and conditions govern the services provided.

• We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, delays, or irregularities caused by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other suppliers.

• Supplier policies and conditions govern the services provided.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Travel Era acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Supplier errors, delays, or cancellations

• Injuries, losses, or damages during travel

• Acts of God, weather, or unforeseen events
